In accordance with the resolutions passed at the Company’s extraordinary general meeting on 26 June 2023, Navalo Financial Services Group Limited (‘Navalo’) delisted from the ASX on Friday, 28 July 2023. See below details on how existing shareholders may continue to manage their holdings in the Company as a de-listed public entity.
Following the date of de-listing, all CHESS-sponsored Holder Identification Numbers (HIN) have been replaced with new issuer-sponsored Securityholder Reference Numbers (SRN) for your Navalo holdings. As Navalo is now an unlisted public company, these shares cannot be transferred to a broker-sponsored Holder Identification Number (HIN) at this time.
Consistent with our new name, the new ticker for your Navalo holdings is NAVU. The ticker code NAVU will be visible when you log into the Investor Portal to view your holdings (though your SRN will continue to reference PYR).
Navalo will be communicating with investors via email and online here.
To receive email communication, please update your email with Automic, using the investor portal. Detailed steps on how to register for this portal have been sent to your email address.
